Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous management experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong computer literacy and mathematical skills
- Organized and have strong communication skills, with the ability to establish an instant rapport with Guests and employees of all demographics
Responsibilities
- Enforcing all policies and procedures by coaching, motivating, and training FOH employees
- Hiring and reviewing staffing levels for host/hostesses, servers, and bartenders
- Maintaining ambience throughout by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, flatware, dinnerware, monitoring food presentation, maintaining an immaculate dining area
- Reconciling of end of the night funds
Preferred Qualifications
- College or Hospitality degree (preferred)
- Safe food handling and ProServe certification (preferred)
