Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Office Representative or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients and direct them to the appropriate staff or departments
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members
- Handle office correspondence and ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain an organized and clean front office area
- Provide support for company events and meetings as needed
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
