Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members
  • Handle office correspondence and ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain an organized and clean front office area
  • Provide support for company events and meetings as needed
