Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations, including mail, deliveries, and appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform data entry and manage appointment scheduling systems
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues or direct them to the appropriate personnel
