Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree with an in depth technical knowledge of processing and accounting of private investment activities
- 10 plus years of experience in private equity industry in product development or operations
- Ability to interact with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical skills including data analysis and data mapping
- Experience in working closely with development team to execute on the platform strategy
- Team player with ability to work with global cross functional teams at all levels of the organization
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under time constraints using time management and organization skills
Responsibilities
- Creating a strategic plan, long term vision and execution plan of the Private Equity systems
- Responsible for all aspects of the investor life cycle processing including investor activities, private investments, rebalancing, liquidations including waterfall calculations and rebalancing
- Gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders
- Performing competitor analysis
- Driving the strategic direction, defining priorities, managing development plans, and defining and managing client rollout strategies and plans
