Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ investment banking or equivalent experience
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
- Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Ability to juggle changing priorities and a varied workload
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen client relationships
- Participate on advisory teams and in structuring and executing financial transactions
- Create and analyze financial models
- Organize and prepare client presentations
- Help manage transaction processes
- Assist in structuring transactions
- Perform customized company valuation analysis
- Actively involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances
- Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions
- Lead due diligence processes
- Participate in negotiations of legal documentation
- Maintain client communication
- Help structure client transactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Natural Resources banking and transaction experience preferred
