Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement
  • Help lead the understanding of how operational procedures impact shortage, profitability, in-store replenishment and inventory accuracy
  • Help empower the team to create a consistent experience for guests
  • Help with execution of processes in inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes
  • Help with efficient delivery to guests by leading pick, pack and ship fulfillment work
  • Responsible for working with Closing teams to identify key priorities and ensure the store is guest ready
  • Help create a scheduling plan approved by your ETL based off of monthly and weekly business workload and guest traffic
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team
  • Lead team onboarding and learning and close knowledge gaps through training and experiences
  • Help establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations
  • Help lead and coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all GM processes
  • Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs
  • Assess Fulfillment business and make decisions consistent with your ETL’s direction
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
  • Help create a safety advocacy culture
  • Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices
  • Address store needs
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
  • All other duties based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
