Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with an ability to learn HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills are required to effectively communicate with management, employees, co-workers and corporate personnel
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA and related state and federal regulations required
