Requirements
- Ability to create / maintain mechanical models and drawings for large Power Generation Equipment.
- Ability to create / maintain bill of materials.
- Following direction from engineers and Senior Designers to complete designs: Retrieving design input information, Executing design details per standard GE practice and documentation, Issuing drawings, models and Bill of Materials per documented GE processes.
- Help define/maintain and meet scheduled dates for design related activities, and provide early communication to alert management of issues.
- Understand GD&T principles and GE drawing standards and capable to create high quality detailed drawings with SIM TO products/features.
- Create detailed markups, create new drawings and have a full understanding of detailing processes/standards.
- Understanding of part attributes and their functionality.
- Proficient in PLM and able to mentor others in use of PLM.
- Experience in design/drafting or component design.
- Technical Degree / Certification or relevant working experience.

- Working knowledge of Power Generation mechanical Equipment
