Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Environmental Engineering, with soil and rock mechanics
- Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring environmental control systems to maintain regulatory and company environmental standards
- Experience conducting analyses of hard and deeply buried underground facilities and the surrounding geology under applied loads, environmental conditions, and weapons effects
- Experience examining seismic, electrical or electromagnetics data to characterize underground facilities and hard and deeply buried targets
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience, Geophysics, or Hydrogeology
- Certified Professional Geologist, Professional Geologist (PG) License, Certified Hydrologist (CHG), or Certified Environmental Geologist (CEG)
Responsibilities
- Leverages expertise in the field of earth science to provide laboratory and field support to clients
- Applies advanced skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge
- Develops innovative solutions to complex problems
- Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting environment audits and developing solutions to environmental problems
- Experience managing and overseeing sights
- Experience utilizing GIS, statistical analysis, analytical and modeling tools
- Experience supporting DoD
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Master’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
