Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Innovative mindset to develop engaging, out-of-the-box campaigns
- Proficient in analyzing campaign data and making data-driven decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional, global teams
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and HockeyStack
Responsibilities
- Develop global campaign strategies aligned with Aircall’s business objectives, target personas, and key industries
- Develop the campaign themes and campaign architecture with key tactics, programs, and content/assets for the various phases of the buyer’s journey: awareness, interest, consideration, and purchase
- Identify and prioritize opportunistic campaigns to capitalize on market trends and competitive dynamics
- Set clear goals, timelines, and KPIs for each campaign
- Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, events, social, website, and content marketing
- Develop campaign briefs to inform the development of various assets (e.g. ads, case studies, white papers, demos, reports, emails, videos, webinar presentations, etc.) and programs (e.g. lead gen, thought leadership, etc.) working with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure on-time completion
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure global campaigns are localized and culturally relevant
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless campaign delivery
- Partner with content, product marketing, and creative teams to develop compelling assets and messaging
- Work closely with demand generation and sales teams to ensure campaigns are effectively driving pipeline growth
- Align with data and analytics teams to track performance and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize for engagement, lead generation, and conversions
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Maintain dashboards to communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies
- Identify opportunities for Aircall to differentiate and capture market share
