Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of using a CRM, particularly Salesforce, is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in developing analytics solutions (Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent with expert time-management skills.
  • Effective multitasker comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable explanations.
  • Demonstrated ability to act on critical, urgent tasks with both speed and accuracy.
  • Possesses a “growth mindset” with the ability to take direction, learn new processes and tools, and expand their definition of what they’re comfortable working on.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and technologies, with an interest in learning how these tools work and teaching this to others.

Responsibilities

  • Review current customers to identify our market presence and create an Excel database for the department to establish account hierarchies in Salesforce more efficiently and effectively.
  • Assisting with conducting initial tests for changes to Salesforce for various user profiles within the company. Identifying issues, errors and opportunities prior to moving changes to production.
  • Develop new and review existing Salesforce User guidance to ensure the Salesforce playbook stays current with ongoing changes and improvements to the Salesforce instance.
  • Create dashboards in Salesforce for the senior audience at Analytic Partners, focusing on usability and actionability.
  • Assisting with implementation and testing efforts associated with piloting a new analytics solution and creating guidance/playbook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred coursework includes Marketing, Statistical Analysis, Business Administration, Management, and Finance.
