Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in field marketing, ideally in a global or regional capacity
- Proven experience in a SaaS, B2B technology environment
- Expertise in planning and executing integrated campaigns and ABM strategies
- Proficiency with marketing automation tool, Marketo and CRM platform, Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, report, and optimize marketing performance
- Deep understanding of cultural, business, and regulatory differences across EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC
- Experience localizing campaigns for diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive global field marketing strategy tailored to regional nuances and aligned with corporate objectives
- Design and oversee the execution of localized global campaigns, events, and programs across EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC
- Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that support account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation, and pipeline acceleration
- Lead strategy and execution for in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, roadshows, webinars, and partner events
- Build and manage a high-performing team of regional field marketers
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing programs
- Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Brand/Content teams to align messaging and strategy globally
