Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within various aspects of Human Resources, specifically performance management and employee relations
- Experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role in a high-growth organization
- Exceptional knowledge of local, state, and federal labor and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent listening and communication skills paired with proven experience building rapport across a business
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to solve complex problems and drive change across an organization
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and are always looking for ways to make people feel heard
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to change, and thrive in a complex and highly collaborative atmosphere
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to help team members go beyond their full potential
- Experience working with international organizations
Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders to drive business unit and firm-wide HR initiatives forward
- Developing positive relationships across the organization as a knowledgeable and trusted HR advisor
- Providing performance management guidance and coaching to business leaders and managers
- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders and team members while driving forward our performance development programs
- Guiding managers through difficult conversations, including disciplinary actions and performance development plans
- Analyzing HR trends and metrics to recommend solutions within the business and firmwide programs and policies to enhance organizational effectiveness, retention, and employee satisfaction
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and grievances, including guiding mediation
- Conducting thorough and objective investigations including discrimination, harassment, policy violation, and misconduct
- Guiding the business through initiatives related to succession planning, restructures, retention, and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Involved in a merger and/or acquisition in the past
- Experience utilizing Workday HRIS
- You have your PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
- Fluency in the digital product industry
