Requirements
- Demonstrates comprehensive credit trading experience, specifically in the derivative space.
- Must be proactive and demonstrate ownership and initiative taking.
- Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management capabilities.
- Experience working with internal and external clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a focus on maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in the global capital markets, including understanding the fundamental and technical drivers of the loan, credit derivative, and bond markets.
- Basic understanding of FICC regulatory environment and industry initiatives.
- 2+ years of Fixed Income Trading experiences with a focus on credit products.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex derivative risk.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal support partners.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the product area including market liquidity and volatility, pricing, and trading/hedging strategies.
- Develops and executes strategies for increased account connectivity and production.
