The Role:
As a member of the People & Culture team, you will contribute to a positive experience for our employees, managers, and colleagues. In this role, you will sit Global Mobility within the People & Culture team, Global Mobility Specialist will report into the Director of Global Mobility and Immigration to ensure successful delivery of Morningstar’s end-to-end mobility process and will work closely with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure Morningstar officers a high-quality global mobility program. This role will support temporary status populations, international and cross-border moves, U.S. domestic relocations, as well as overseeing and coordinating aspects of our mobile and commuting employee population.
