Global Operations Facilities Digital Systems Project Manager

Master’s Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years or Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
Proven experience in project management, enterprise resource planning, logistics, and customer support systems
Experience in digital systems requirements gathering and management
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
Good presentation skills and experience presenting to executive teams
Familiarity with the latest digital technologies and trends
Ability to manage priorities where multiple issues must be handled simultaneously across internal & global departments and locations
Flexibility on working on different working hours due to multiple meetings and communication with teams around the globe

Gathering business needs
Writing the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Collaborating with IT on the design and development phase
Planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Driving IT Deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases
Developing detailed project plans
Managing project scope and changes
Coordinating project staff and internal resources
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
Identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues
Preparing project documentation
Conducting post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Assessment and pilots on new tools & capabilities being used in similar industries and technology companies
