Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with multi-country payroll processing
  • Workday and ADP payroll experience is a must
  • Working knowledge of applicable payroll tax regulations and payroll compliance reporting
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and Vlookups
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid/remote environment with key stakeholders and partners

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate third-party payroll administrators across EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring precise and timely execution of monthly payroll cycles
  • Analyze, reconcile, and audit data using automated systems and processes to produce accurate pay and withholding calculations
  • Monitor Workday payroll integrations via ADP’s Integration Hub to resolve integration errors
  • Respond to employee inquiries routed by the HR Service Center and coordinate case resolution with payroll & HR partners in an efficient and professional manner
  • Assist with expatriate payroll administration which includes coordination and preparation of payroll entries, communication with external tax advisor and tax reporting
  • Reconcile payroll data for quarterly and year end payroll activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee tax slips and tax reporting
  • Compile data for financial, tax and compliance reporting needs
  • Maintain process workflows, SOPs, Employee FAQs, and intranet content to ensure most updated information is readily available
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects
