Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven experience in process improvement, with a track record of driving positive results.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience in either a sales, sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics role.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize sales processes, and standardize process excellence across the AEC sales organization.
- Analyze existing Salesforce processes to identify improvement areas, develop automation, improve end user experience, reduce costs, and/or save time.
- Work closely with sales leaders, platform teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align process improvement initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are well-documented, robust, effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders, and kept up to date to guarantee seamless operational performance.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement on communication and training plans for enabling sellers on Salesforce process enhancements or new process implementations.
- Develop, implement, and communicate clear Rules of Engagement (ROE) policies to ensure proper sales team alignment.
- Work with Salesforce Administrators to implement and test process improvements in the CRM as requested.
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity to align with new and existing processes.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed by the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Domo (or similar BI tools).
