Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL).
- 4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
Responsibilities
- Design, pilot, and deploy segment Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including role design, service models, workflow design, incentives, partner segmentation, strategic partner manager tools/resources and go-to-market motions.
- Own segment GTM model design through ongoing evaluation, analysis and partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market innovations.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, build, launch, and manage goals and annual roadmaps.
- Drive project management and change management to launch and land innovative initiatives with partner teams.
- Identify tools, processes, and automation that improve partner manager processes. Develop plans to implement changes that help the business deliver.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking//venture capital, corporate strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
- Experience working in YouTube’s business or tech organizations.
- Experience working in sales or partnerships GTM, incentives or operations.
- Experience in execution, multi-tasking and leading and ambiguous and operational initiatives.
- Experience using SQL and working with data sets to deliver insights and recommendations.
- Excellent executive level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional groups and executive leadership.
