Requirements
- 4+ years of legal experience as an export licensing professional or in a legal/compliance role, such as a paralegal
- Foundational knowledge and understanding of US export compliance and/or a demonstrated history and willingness to learn a complex regulatory structure
- Strong written advocacy skills
Responsibilities
- Draft and file export license applications for the sale and service of Dell products worldwide, with support from colleagues across various functions
- Collaborate with business leads to strategically prioritize license submissions
- Partner with Global Trade Compliance organization to ensure compliance with mandatory license conditions and reporting requirements
- Support license exceptions compliance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in filing US export license applications preferred
- Strong backgrounds as paralegals or in similar legal and compliance roles welcome
