Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years leadership experience required.
  • Five (5) years industry experience, specifically midstream preferred.
  • Extensive experience with CMMS systems as they relate to maintenance work management required.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in maintenance planning or operational data management required.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the Planning and Scheduling team across diverse geographical locations and operational teams within Gathering & Processing (G&P) to ensure consistent application of Planning and Scheduling activities across the organization in accordance with the Work Management Process and industry best practices.
  • Sets strategic direction for the Work Management Process (WMP).
  • Collaborates across areas and departments to ensure the work management process and tool implementation and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for ongoing evaluation of process maturity, gap assessments, and improvement plans.
  • Responsible for the master data set and the applicable input fields related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) data.
  • Owns the processes and procedures associated with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
  • Establishes and reports applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) associated with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) activities.
  • Responsible for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications including the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and the related SOX security and controls.
  • Represents G&P when working with the corporate EAM group; ensuring G&P requirements and constraints are considered during the generation of corporate policies, procedures, and directions as they pertain to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
