Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in account-based marketing, tailored to Enterprise and Strategic sales motions
  • Expert in core marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC)
  • Proficient in next-generation AI-focused tooling (e.g. Clay) and modern demand generation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought leader, playing a key role in shaping and enhancing Method’s pipeline generation initiatives
  • Develop account based marketing (ABM) strategies, design campaigns for new products and features, manage lead generation initiatives, and perform market research
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring a balance between efficiency and scale
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine lead scoring, ensure MQLs are high-quality, and improve the handoff process between marketing and sales
  • Work closely with the GTM and product marketing team to develop and publish engaging content that attracts our ideal customer profile
  • Manage and optimize our growth/marketing tech stack, including CRM (SFDC) and other tools (Hireframe, Outreach, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations on where we can continue to develop our strategies
