Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital advertising.
- Proven expertise in running and optimizing Google Ads (including keyword strategy, bid management, and landing page conversion).
- Experience with SEO strategy and execution, including content strategy, backlinking, and keyword research.
- A track record of experimentation, with the ability to measure results and iterate quickly.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for ads, emails, and landing pages.
- Experience managing newsletters and email marketing for lead generation and brand authority.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of growth initiatives without a predefined playbook.
Responsibilities
- Continuously run growth experiments across channels to uncover new customer acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and the founders to design and run experiments and ensure marketing efforts translate into business impact.
- Own and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting property owners and asset managers, optimizing for conversions and efficiency.
- Drive SEO strategy and execution, ensuring we rank for high-intent searches related to parking, property monetization, and real estate operations.
- Develop content for industry newsletters that establish AirGarage as a thought leader in property management and parking optimization.
- Leverage conferences and events to generate leads, whether through speaking engagements, sponsorships, or direct outreach.
- Develop landing pages, email sequences, and paid social campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, B2B SaaS, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
