Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 0-4 years of experience in a B2C marketing role or internship
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-performing marketing campaigns from inception to launch across owned channels (including email, push and in-app)
- Leverage audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and personalization to drive engagement and revenue growth
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test creative variants, and continuously refine channel marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
- Work closely with creative strategists, designers and copywriters to craft compelling content, ensuring all campaigns align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, analytics, legal, engineering and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience optimizing email or SMS marketing for conversion rate, engagement, revenue and/or customer retention
- Basic proficiency in SQL or other programming languages
