Requirements

  • Have 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably at an early-stage, fast-growing startup.
  • Know your way around Paid Social, Paid Search, Retargeting, Influencer, Content and Affiliate marketing.
  • Are familiar with SEO/SEM strategy, customer lifecycle, and activation flows.
  • Live for metrics. Whether it’s Google Analytics, Amplitude, or A/B testing, you make data-backed decisions.
  • Think fast, move faster. You’re scrappy, high-velocity, and creative to your core.
  • Want to own a number—and actually grow it.

Responsibilities

  • Top-of-funnel growth: You’ll lead the charge on new customer acquisition—from creative campaigns to performance marketing.
  • Influencer strategy: You’ll collaborate with our TikTok creators and expand our influencer program.
  • Agency partnership: You’ll work closely with our elite ad agency and work with the best in the game.
  • Toolstack: Leverage the latest AI and marketing tools, launch A/B tests, and constantly experiment to find what works.
  • Creative meets analytics: Bring together sharp creative instincts with a data-brained mindset to scale what sticks.
