Requirements
- Have 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably at an early-stage, fast-growing startup.
- Know your way around Paid Social, Paid Search, Retargeting, Influencer, Content and Affiliate marketing.
- Are familiar with SEO/SEM strategy, customer lifecycle, and activation flows.
- Live for metrics. Whether it’s Google Analytics, Amplitude, or A/B testing, you make data-backed decisions.
- Think fast, move faster. You’re scrappy, high-velocity, and creative to your core.
- Want to own a number—and actually grow it.
Responsibilities
- Top-of-funnel growth: You’ll lead the charge on new customer acquisition—from creative campaigns to performance marketing.
- Influencer strategy: You’ll collaborate with our TikTok creators and expand our influencer program.
- Agency partnership: You’ll work closely with our elite ad agency and work with the best in the game.
- Toolstack: Leverage the latest AI and marketing tools, launch A/B tests, and constantly experiment to find what works.
- Creative meets analytics: Bring together sharp creative instincts with a data-brained mindset to scale what sticks.
