Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with building programs in marketing technology like Marketo, Hubspot, 6sense, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Intercom, and ad platforms.
- Proficient at analyzing both raw and structured data via sources/tools like Excel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience designing A/B tests and other experiments, determining statistical significance, and forecasting expected impact from your work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs aligned with sales goals.
- Launch, test, and optimize highly targeted programs including email nurtures, outbound sales plays, chat, paid media, and more.
- Partner with sales to incorporate AI innovation for inbound and outbound pipeline generation, integrating lead scoring and nurturing workflows.
- Create a framework for Allbound campaigns combining inbound value-driven content and outbound outreach.
- Run A/B tests on website, email, chat, paid media, and more to improve assigned KPIs.
- Develop standardized templates and processes for identifying, sharing, and activating insights from experimentation.
- Partner with sales leadership and regional teams to develop and enrich Target Account Lists (TALs).
- Implement, test, and optimize account-based programs (1:1, 1:many, 1:few) for high priority accounts using tactics like sales plays, email marketing, paid media, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and achieving pipeline objectives.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to produce compelling assets tailored to the buyer’s journey.
