Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or web marketing with a focus on paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Expertise in growth marketing or user acquisition with focus on the user funnel.
- Proven track record of managing paid web campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, affiliate marketing) and scaling SEO-driven acquisition strategies.
- Strong familiarity with web attribution and fraud detection.
- Analytical and quantitative mindset. Data-driven results are at the forefront of all decisions. Ability to partner closely with Data Science to set up experiments.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to inspire and get buy-in to influence the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Web Campaign Strategies – Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic web campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and SEO-driven initiatives.
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages, user flows, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates and drive higher ROI.
- Use Google Analytics, GA4, web attribution partner and other analytics platforms to track campaign effectiveness, measure LTV, and refine acquisition strategies.
- Work with content and SEO eng teams to enhance organic web presence, optimizing for high-intent keywords, on-page SEO, and technical improvements to increase discoverability and inbound traffic.
- Work with the data science team to design and run experiments across ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and funnel optimizations to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Own and optimize web campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across search, display, and affiliate channels to maximize ROAS.
- Partner with product, design, data science, and engineering to enhance the web experience and drive seamless marketing-to-product integration.
- Identify and test new growth channels, international expansion opportunities, and audience segmentation to scale user acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MarTech tools, CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), and web personalization strategies.
- Experience with international web marketing and localization strategies.
- Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, DSA, CCPA) and their impact on digital marketing.
