Requirements
- Hospitality personality is a MUST (smiling, friendly, personable)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pick up computer skills easily
- Flexibility with respect to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Act as a lobby ambassador, walking around the Atrium greeting guests, answering questions, providing direction
- Check guests in/out on an as needed basis, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
- Coach hourly associates at the Front Desk, as needed, provide guidance and instruction related to guest service needs and interactions
- Assist guests when concerns arise ensuring that we make it right before the guest walks out the door
- Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
