Position Summary
Guggenheim Investments is seeking a motivated individual for a 10-week internship within the Client Services organization, comprised of Client Service Specialists, Client Service Support, Client Reporting, Private Fund Transactions, and Client Invoicing. Candidates will cultivate relationships across business areas including portfolio management, legal, compliance, and operations. In addition to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, central to this role are exceptional written and verbal communication skills, listening skills, and a strong attention to detail.
The Client Service Intern will have exposure to account onboarding, preparation of client meetings and calls, the use of Salesforce database, as well as other meaningful institutional client related projects.
Responsibilities
The intern will collaborate with and support Client Services with special projects. Example of one’s work responsibilities are streamlining existing templates, enhancing client communications, automating the client onboarding process, and updating entries in databases such as Salesforce. Other duties may include planning for client meetings, organizing meeting notes, managing contact updates, and other ad hoc projects.
The anticipated start date of this internship is on or about June 2, 2025.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program, and have completed at least two years
- Interest in learning more about Institutional investment management client services
- Prior internship(s) in the finance industry a plus
Salary Details
The pay rate range is $25 -$30 dollars per hour and is commensurate with one’s experience.
This role is based in our New York City offices.
