Requirements
- Experienced preferred but not required
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Automotive knowledge and 1 year of dealership experience preferred
- Xtime experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the customer and the Service department
- Sell, identify, and document service, maintenance, and repair service for customers
- Drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure a top-notch experience
