Requirements
- Must be a minimum 21 years of age and hold a Nevada Cosmetology license
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card
- Prior experience as a Hair stylist in a resort setting
Responsibilities
- Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products
- Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Perform a range of services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical treatments ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, and working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests
- Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
