Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Responsibilities
- Co-lead overarching PCP strategy and execution to ensure that brand/business objectives are met across branded and disease state education initiatives
- Orchestrate content development aligning with insights and overall accountability for breakthrough creative assets, from brief to launch, including collaboration with field team for feedback and input
- Design and execute innovative health care professional promotional initiatives and tactics in alignment with brand strategic imperatives
- Helping to guide strategic decisions and ensuring flawless execution of promotional campaigns and programs for PCPs
- Developing promotional messages, programs and sales force tools for PCPs (which may include visual aids, emails, speaker programs and congress materials)
- Work with Commercial Insights team to develop measurement plans and drive market research for materials and initiatives
- Coordinating the work of multiple external vendors and internal departments including marketing, market research, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, segment marketing, corporate compliance, and consumer marketing ensuring responsible and effective communications
- Leading projects through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process
- Managing program budgets and developing metrics to ensure success of the promotional programs
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and the global marketing team to inform creation and flawless roll out of high impact, high value marketing tools
- Collaborate with sales training to ensure effective, impactful, world class training on promotional tools and programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.
- Translating market research into effective consumer campaigns or programs. Previous experience with clinical data a plus.
- Exhibiting passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with HCPs by understanding their needs and desires.
- Strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise strong judgment and live up to the highest ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills and self-awareness of leadership style
- Ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.
