Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in business operations, project management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of operational strategy, process improvement, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business unit’s operational strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless workflow across departments.
  • Drive efficiency improvements by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Lead interactions with DRW shared services and work with DRW teams to improve operational support of the business.
  • Implement operational best practices, with a strong focus on optimizing workflows, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
  • Lead the implementation of tools and technologies to automate manual processes, including blockchain-related workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure blockchain solutions are effectively integrated into business operations.
  • Stay updated on blockchain technology trends and assess their potential application within business processes.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive leadership team to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize cost reporting for the business unit and investigate potential cost irregularities to ensure financial transparency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and business units.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners and vendors related to operations.
