Requirements

  • Proven experience in bringing new clinical research sites and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) into a site network.
  • Strong focus on expanding the Avacare clinical research site network.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to assess and implement effective commercial models.
  • Extensive experience in clinical research, with a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a commitment to innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define and support the execution of the strategy for the Global Clinical Research Site Network Organization, ensuring alignment with broader R&DS goals and driving new business opportunities for revenue growth and financial success.
  • Identify, engage, and contract with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical practices to establish new clinical research sites across a broad range of therapeutic areas.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Business Development, Site Intelligence, and Site Operations, to identify opportunities to strengthen the Avacare clinical research site network by selectively engaging with KOLs, HCPs, and Health Care Systems.
  • Execute processes related to onboarding new clinical research sites and new investigators into the Avacare clinical research site network.
  • Formulate and implement plans for expanding the clinical research site network into international markets by launching new clinical research sites in those regions.
  • Assess and enable optimum commercial models for new sites.
  • Meet relevant business key performance indicators pertaining to clinical research site network expansion.
  • Manage staff in accordance with IQVIA’s policies and applicable regulations. Develop managers within areas of accountability to foster staff growth through career progression goals and strategic departmental and corporate priorities.
  • Contribute to activities related to marketing, global business development, promotion of the value proposition, and strengthening the competitive advantage of the Site Network Organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing site networks and expanding into international markets is highly desirable.
