Requirements
- BS/BA Degree in technical/information science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10 plus years of relevant experience in program management, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing a team of Technical Program Managers
- Good knowledge and direct experience in AI product development and/or data and analytics experience and/or Risk development
- Coordination with business stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, and Marketing
- Hands-on development experience, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools and software (Jira and Planview)
- Experience in designing and executing streamlined, automated reporting and governance processes
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and managing a global team
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Technical Program Managers
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining top technical talent
- Partner with Technology and Digital leadership to support their development of the strategic roadmap
- Oversee TPMS managing the execution of multiple projects and programs
- Build strong internal and external networks, fostering collaboration
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies
- Oversee program budgets and financial reporting
