Responsibilities
- Design beautiful, usable interfaces: Create designs that users connect with deeply—both aesthetically and functionally.
- Live, eat, breathe, and shit Figma: Your days (and sometimes nights) will revolve around rapid prototyping and iteration in Figma.
- Collaborate constantly: Work closely with engineers, product teams, and executives. You’re not just handed tasks—you help shape the product roadmap.
- Iterate quickly: Easily adapt to changing product directions, new user insights, or technical constraints without hesitation.
- Take ownership: When something isn’t working—whether it’s a design flaw, UX confusion, or misalignment with the product—you proactively jump in to fix it.
- Understand your users deeply: You’re not designing in isolation. You’ll actively talk to users, anticipate their needs, and embed their feedback into your designs.
- Embrace transparency: Clearly communicate your ideas, design decisions, and challenges to everyone. Transparency isn’t optional.
- Work intensely: We’re not FAANG. We don’t promise work-life balance—just an opportunity to build something incredible at a pace others can’t match.
