Responsibilities

  • Drive growth: Develop and execute strategies that consistently deliver user acquisition, engagement, and retention at an unreasonable pace.
  • Own the brand voice: Craft compelling copy and content that resonates with our audience across all platforms—making Xoul impossible to ignore.
  • Build strategic partnerships: Identify and secure partnerships that amplify our reach, enhance our product offering, and create new revenue streams.
  • Be obsessively data-driven: Analyze user acquisition, churn, and journey data to extract actionable insights. You’ll use these to optimize CAC, boost retention, and hit aggressive KPIs.
  • Transform insights into action: Collaborate intensely with product teams to implement changes directly tied to growth metrics. You don’t just identify problems—you drive solutions.
  • Execute high-impact campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results and strengthen our market position.
  • Build a growth machine: Set up comprehensive tracking and analytics infrastructure using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Hotjar, and other platforms deemed necessary.
  • Take radical accountability: Your responsibility doesn’t end with launching initiatives. You own the results, iterate constantly, and refuse to accept anything but success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in growth roles at fast-moving tech companies with demonstrable results in scaling user bases.
  • Experience with growth analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
  • Track record of successful campaigns across multiple channels that delivered measurable business impact.
  • History of cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product and engineering teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in AI, developer tools, or platform businesses where you’ve successfully driven adoption and engagement.
