Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or marketing operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and ensuring timely delivery of complex marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and marketing systems (e.g., CRM, reporting platforms).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to optimize processes and workflows to improve overall execution and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration skills with an ability to work across teams and align multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of key marketing programs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Growth teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing programs.
- Implement systems for tracking timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are updated regularly on program status.
- Work with Marketing Leadership to ensure that resources (people, budget, tools) are properly allocated across programs.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or delays in execution, optimizing workflows and processes to improve overall program delivery.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between teams to keep all stakeholders aligned and projects progressing smoothly.
