Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or marketing operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and ensuring timely delivery of complex marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and marketing systems (e.g., CRM, reporting platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to optimize processes and workflows to improve overall execution and efficiency.
  • Strong collaboration skills with an ability to work across teams and align multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of key marketing programs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Growth teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing programs.
  • Implement systems for tracking timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are updated regularly on program status.
  • Work with Marketing Leadership to ensure that resources (people, budget, tools) are properly allocated across programs.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks or delays in execution, optimizing workflows and processes to improve overall program delivery.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication between teams to keep all stakeholders aligned and projects progressing smoothly.
