Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and scale revenue in a fast-growing environment
- Strong experience in hiring, managing, and coaching high-performing sales teams
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for B2B upper middle and SMB accounts to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities and optimizing the sales funnel for maximum conversion
- Implement and refine sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, performance analysis, and key insights to senior leadership
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
