Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience leading sales development teams
- Have successfully built and scaled SDR teams in a high-growth environment
- Understand how to design and implement outbound prospecting strategies that drive consistent pipeline growth
- Know how to motivate and coach SDRs to exceed performance metrics and develop into future sales leaders
- Have experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to optimize lead flow and conversion rates
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the SDR function from the ground up
- Hire, train, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline and fuel sales growth
- Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to refine outreach strategies
- Optimize processes and develop the next generation of sales talent
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in sales enablement, including training SDRs on the best sales practices, tools, and methodologies
- Are familiar with sales automation tools and CRM systems like Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot
- Have a deep understanding of the sales development funnel and can optimize workflows from prospecting to lead handoff
- Have a history of working in fast-paced, high-growth startups or tech environments
- Are passionate about fostering a positive, high-energy team culture while driving consistent results
