Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience (life sciences, and/or sales experience, including 5-7 years of management responsibility).
- Proven track record at developing mid-level and high-level contacts with pharmaceutical brand & digital transformation leaders, advertising agencies, and publisher partners.
- Strategic business and Industry awareness and the ability to translate emerging Industry trends relevant to the organization.
- Solid understanding of Direct to Consumer (DTC) & Healthcare Professional (HCP) media including media channels, media tactics, audience development, and measurement.
- Solid knowledge of life science industry data including Xponent and claims as well as how these data apply to media including but not limited to audience development and measurement.
- Working understanding of promotion analytics and media measurement within life sciences including key metrics, and methodologies.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to bring perspective from experience to inform decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
- Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage an effective measurement sales program to maximize organization growth.
- Manage the Measurement Sales Team in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable legislation.
- Provide direction and serve as a resource for sales staff members, including performance management, career progression, and professional development.
- Utilize established industry network to assist senior and junior sales staff in relationship development and to identify potential business opportunities.
- Continuously monitor status of defined customer account plans and business targets to ensure a pipeline of opportunities is professionally maintained.
- Actively participates in proposal preparation meetings and/or proposal defense meetings as needed.
- Actively build relationships and collaborate with senior management (including business, product, technology, account, delivery, and support) as needed to identify team members for proposal defense meetings.
- Represent the Measurement Sales Team to senior management on key business updates related to sales activities.
- Research and identify target markets, build relationships, perform in-depth presentations, strategic analysis, and execution of implemented plans for IQVIA service Lines.
- Ensure Measurement Sales Team members are sufficiently trained to meet their job objectives.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with product leaders & teams to provide customer and market intelligence, have input into product roadmap to address the needs of key segments (pharma, agency, pub), and prioritize ongoing product support needs related to key deals – e.g. solutioning, pricing, SME support, materials.
- Communicate and collaborate with delivery leaders and teams to strategically engage key customers day to day, assist in customer escalations as needed, plan and execute formal external account reviews (e.g. QBR), and incorporate delivery into sales account planning and account review.
