Requirements
- Strong background in similar role, preferably in a Supply Chain or project management capacity (+5 years)
- A strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with SAP
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar
- Fluent in English to work within a global function; native speaker in the language of the site he/she is in
Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Drive the implementation of relevant KPIs at the site level to measure site SC performance
- Develop and lead continuous improvement activities for the Supply Chain Flow and Supply ecosystem
- Train and coach the team on problem-solving and root cause analysis tools
- Work with all levels of leadership to realize CI value and impact
- Provide leadership, direction, and support for all positions within the SC P&P team
- Support the assessment of site change controls and associated action items
- Contribute to the company’s transformation agenda by driving innovation in supply chain management practices
- Work closely with other leadership teams to facilitate best practices exchange across sites and clusters
- Contribute to implementing the global supply chain strategy aligned with Sanofi’s overall business objectives
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the supply chain without compromising quality or performance
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS certification is an asset
