Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of all Fidelis Care products, including ‘metal’ products offered through the New York State of Health (NYSOH), Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Medicare, MLTC, FIDA and HARP
- Ability to answer product feature and benefit questions; compare and contrast Fidelis Care products and provider network of competing plans in assigned territory
- Ability to conduct a needs-based analysis to recommend the best product for individuals
- Fluency in using Sales Force CRM as an activity tracking and lead/referral tracking tool
- High School diploma or GED, required
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Sell Fidelis Care products and services by identifying membership growth opportunities in an assigned territory
- Meet or exceed production goals by enrolling individuals in the appropriate Fidelis Care product
- Educate individuals on healthy lifestyles and preventive care services
- Assist individuals through each step of the application and enrollment process
- Represent Fidelis Care at various community events, marketing sites, and in individuals’ homes
- Generate referrals from individuals assisted
- Build and establish relationships within the community to find new opportunities and sites in the assigned territory
- Deliver presentations to educate and promote Fidelis Care products
- Manage appointments and follow up using Sales Force CRM
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related experience preferred
- Highly Preferred – Bilingual English/Spanish
