Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field OR equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, and other healthcare compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Experience with revenue cycle management systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athenahealth)
Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue cycle processes, including patient registration, charge capture, claims processing, billing, and collections.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor financial performance and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle best practices and system utilization.
