Requirements

  • BA/S in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field is required. A combination of experience and education may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Two years (2+) of relevant technical experience is required.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone, email, etc. requests.
  • Implement Government provided software ticketing system to create a ticket(s) identifying the requirement, route to appropriate individual/group, and follow up on tickets to ensure tickets are appropriately closed and provide stats for the tickets.
  • Provide statistics of the tickets in a dashboard presentation that will depict status of tickets, to include number of tickets open, number of tickets closed, how long a ticket was open, and open tickets.
  • Brief ticket status as part of weekly contract status update provided to Government.
  • Hours of operations will be from 0800 EST to 1800 EST.
