- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience within Investments/Financial Services
- Minimum of 9 months of customer service experience within Investments/Financial Services
- Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Health license
Responsibilities
- Day to day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington in terms of establishment, documentation, maintenance and servicing of the relationship, including the Digital Experience.
- Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and building rapport. Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts.
- Works directly with the client and/or relationship manager to obtain financial information or other documentation needed for new accounts, loans and servicing requests.
- Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts.
- Builds an effective rapport with clients and Huntington personnel, including branch colleagues.
- Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts.
- Researches and resolves complex problems regarding service activities and operational issues.
- Assists the Advisors by processing and maintaining documentation, resolving discrepancies, and preparing for meetings and presentations.
- Prepares various internal reports, memos and correspondence.
- Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology, Digital Experience, policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with investment acumen, including investment products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Demonstrated high degree of initiative and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to change.
