Requirements
- 3-5 years, experience in parts sales, parts management, or a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of products and heavy-duty truck parts with industry knowledge coupled with selling and application process
- Familiarity with parts terminology, applications, and industry processes
- Proficiency in desktop tools such as MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and inventory management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work in a faced paced office environment is a must
- Must be able to perform within the established company standards, which include but are not limited to standard operating procedures, attendance, quality, team environment and performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist customer in Identifying and purchasing the correct parts based on their needs
- Provide customer support to walk-in customers and by answering phones, quoting prices, taking orders, tracking delivery and order status, expediting delivery, and providing technical support.
- Process parts orders via phone/email and occasional in-person.
- Provide accurate pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
- Resolve Customer concerns and follow up on all pending orders.
- Provide expert advice, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries to assist customers effectively
- Utilize company software to track sales, orders, and inventory.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, resolving complaints promptly.
