  • Welcoming guests.
  • Facilitating guest relocations.
  • Planning + strategizing for next-day operations.
  • Enhancing VIP experience.
  • Hosting guest engagement events.
  • Providing guests with local area recommendations.
  • Conducting regular in-person unit inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety of public spaces and individual units.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and executing cost-effective property improvements aligned with Kasa brand standards.
