Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year related functional experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales organization preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office.
- Maintain sales center and model park appearance and upkeep.
- Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests.
- Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant and provide community leads/updates.
- Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms.
- Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed.
- Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website.
- Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community.
- Additional administrative projects requested by management including but not limited to data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
