Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, management, or related field.
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Hotel Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and enhance hotel operations.
- Lead the development and implementation of Front Desk, Guest Services and Front Services policies, procedures, training programs.
- Provide leadership in guest experience by maintaining and elevating service standards.
